Shipping & Delivery
LensAndLasers will ship your products via US Postal Service or UPS Ground, depending upon the size and/or weight of the product. In most cases we use 2-3 day Priority Mail service for shipping. Orders of items in stock will ship the same day or the next business day (excluding holidays when the US Postal Service and/or UPS are not picking up or delivering).

Returns & Replacements

"New-in-box" defective and/or damaged items

Defective items are rare, but if you should receive a defective product from us, we will ship you a replacement product immediately, and make arrangements with you to have the original product returned to our warehouse. Some manufacturers (Trijicon and Crimson Trace, for example) do not allow retailers to determine whether a product is defective, and instead require the customer to deal with the manufacturer directly. In such cases, we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.

Except as noted above, LensAndLasers will provide replacement merchandise for "new-in-box" defective items. This includes items found to be defective prior to use within 7 days period of receipt. (This 7 day timeframe does not apply to products ordered for Christmas presents,or other situations where the product would not be opened within 7 days).

All such returns must first get an authorization number from us; please contact us for the number. We will work with the manufacturers to settle the problem with the defective item, as we don't feel that you should have to. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please use the Contact link on our site pages, and describe in detail the problem.

Non-defective returns

Non-defective returns must be authorized and are subject to an 18% restocking fee. All return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer and are not refundable. Non-defective returns will either be credited or exchanged at the discretion of LensAndLasers unless the warranty policy, as listed by the manufacturer, specifically outlines a different course of action. If you wish to return a non-defective item, please use the Contact link on our site's pages, and explain your reason for wanting to return the item.

We regret having to charge a restocking fee at all, but some people who have bought items just out of curiousity and then wanted to return them have made the restocking fee necessary. Wherever possible, we will make every effort to keep the restocking fee to just a few dollars.

Ordering
To place your order, indicate quantity of the particular item in the text box above the "Add To Cart" button, then click the button. You'll be taken to the Shopping Cart page, where you can view your order. You can change the quantity by entering the number in the text box, and then click the "Update Cart" button. If you don't want an item, click the red X to the right of it to delete it from the cart. If you want to continue looking at other items, just click the "Continue Shopping" button.  If you've gone back to other pages, you can return to the Shopping Cart page by clicking the Shopping Cart link at the top of every page.
Once you have the items in your shopping cart, you continue our one-page checkout by clicking on the "Secure Checkout" button.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. Our prices are based upon credit card and debit card payments. You can get a 2.5% discount on your order by paying with a money order, cashiers check or personal check. Please note that we cannot ship the item until your check clears, which can be a few days for cashiers checks and money orders, and a week or more for personal checks. 
Viewing Orders
If you are a registered user, you can view your current and past orders by logging in here, and then selecting "My Account". If you are not a registered user, you can view your current order by clicking on the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page. Once in the checkout section, you can view details of your order in the column on the right.

To update your account information, log in to your account by going here. Once logged in, you can see the menu for your account on the left side.
